Rose Wardrobe Rewards is our complimentary gifting program designed to enhance your shopping experience as you build your occasion wardrobe.

Rewards are automatically applied based on the number of eligible dresses purchased in a single order.

Reward Tiers

One Dress

Receive:

• Complimentary Rose Zip Bag
• £5 Rose Credit

Two Dresses

Receive:

• Complimentary Rose Zip Bag
• £5 Rose Credit
• Complimentary Evening Clutch

Three Dresses

Receive:

• Complimentary Rose Zip Bag
• £10 Rose Credit
• Complimentary Premium Evening Clutch

Eligibility

Rewards are automatically applied to qualifying orders.

Eligible products and reward tiers may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Reward Values

For refund and eligibility calculations, Rose & Mews assigns the following internal values:

• Rose Zip Bag: £5
• Evening Clutch: £15
• Premium Evening Clutch: £25
• Rose Credit: face value

These values are used solely for promotional and refund calculations.

Returns & Reward Recalculation

If one or more items from an order are returned and the order no longer qualifies for the original reward tier, Rose & Mews reserves the right to:

• Recalculate the applicable reward tier
• Cancel unused Rose Credit associated with the original order
• Deduct the value of complimentary gifts retained by the customer from the final refund amount

Complimentary Gifts

Complimentary gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted unless otherwise required by law.

Rose Credit

Rose Credit is issued as promotional store credit.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Rose Credit is non-transferable
• Rose Credit cannot be redeemed for cash
• Rose Credit may not be combined with certain promotional offers

Abuse Prevention

Rose & Mews reserves the right to refuse, cancel, adjust, or reclaim rewards where fraudulent activity, promotional abuse, excessive returns, or manipulation of the rewards program is suspected.
